THEM!

James Whitmore rocked a monster movie without batting an eye. James Whitmore is the man.

This is cell vinyl with digital enhancements. The original has more color and isn't as cool. So you get this.

Oh Yeah! I remember this movie. When I first saw it on TV a few years back, both of my parents and myself thought we were watching "The Twilight Zone", it had such a suspenseful and surreal atmosphere to the beginning, which really helped make the ants scary despite the older effects.

I particularly liked the scene were they lock the witness who saw the ants in an asylum. You can tell the feds who have to do this really feel remorse and guilt and what they've done to save their own skins and protect the people from mass hysteria. You really get that 50s vibe of paranoia, not to mention the focus is primarily on human reaction rather than monsters terrorizing the city or something like that.

On top of that, our chief scientist is played by Santa Claus from "Miracle on 34th Street". Now that's awesome.

Awesome nonetheless. Loves me some THEM! If I ever talk a publisher into doing a book (maybe sequel) you're my go-to-guy. When is the show?
