IGNATZ WINNERS

It's a great list this year. I'm especially proud of two good friends, Liz Prince and Andy Runton, who have brought home awards from SPX. If you're looking for some good reading, go buy any one, or every one, of these books. They're all outstanding. And if you're just looking for a quick fix online, hit www.thepbf.com, the winner of OUTSTANDING ONLINE COMIC. It's tremendously funny, and you'll be hooked after reading just the first few. Here's the whole list:

OUTSTANDING ANTHOLOGY OR COLLECTION--Diary of a Mosquito Abatement Man, John Porcellino (La Mano)

OUTSTANDING GRAPHIC NOVEL-- Persepolis 2: The Story of a Return, Marjane Satrapi (Pantheon)
